Chase and Alexis Mobley stayed at our Blank House in 2022. Their daughter Charlotte was born 13 weeks premature and received care in the NICU at Blank Children's Hospital. They live about an hour and a half away from Des Moines so the Ronald McDonald House was able to be their "home away from home" for the 68 nights they stayed at the House.
Mom said, "It was such a blessing to have the Ronald McDonald House. We lived an hour and a half away from Des Moines, so it was so nice to have a home away from home, and to have meals each night! I was able to stay by myself during the week, and everyone felt like family. My husband stayed with me on the weekends!"
The Mobley's were also our RMH Family for our 2022 Red Tie Gala event. Baby Charlotte stole the show, and we were so grateful they were able to share their story with everyone!
