MEET OUR STAFF

Paige Moore became the Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa on June 17, 2024. Paige’s expertise, leadership skills, commitment to excellence, and experience with RMHCCI partners and funders make her an exceptional leader. Under her leadership, the organization’s success and impact in achieving its mission and vision will continue to flourish. Before taking on the role of Executive Director, Paige served on the RMHCCI Board for several years and knows our organization well.

Meet Meggie who is our Operations Manager. She promotes a culture that ensures an engaged and passionate staff by providing support, leadership and the tools necessary to carry out the mission of RMHC and provide the home-away-from-home that families need.

Meet Kaitlyn, our Assistant Operations Manager who manages the daily operations for our Ronald McDonald Houses here in Des Moines. She ensures the House runs smoothly while supporting families throughout their stay. Kaitlyn is a warm and welcoming face to our families during a time when they need it most.

Meet Grace who is our Marketing Coordinator. She handles all of our marketing needs, and brings a warm smile, positive attitude, and great energy to our House!

Meet Bernadette "Bee" who is our Special Events Coordinator for RMHCCI. As leader of our Events Team, Bee is responsible for executing and deploying our five fundraising events throughout the year.

Meet Meredith, who handles the day to day aspects that go into a family's stay at RMH near Blank Children's Hospital. She is responsible for welcoming, serving, and supporting families by providing an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

Meet Rachel who is our House Manager for our MercyOne House. She handles various aspects that go into a family's stay at RMH at MercyOne Children's Hospital. She is responsible for welcoming, serving, and supporting families by providing an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

Meet Beth who is our resident manager. She spends her days enthusiastically serving families so that they always feel welcomed, safe, and fed.

Meet Maggie, who is our Volunteer & Outreach Program Coordinator. She organizes all aspects of volunteering for our House, from meal providers to house volunteers to event volunteers and more. She brings a positive attitude and passionate outlook to all of our volunteer opportunities.
