HOUSE DECORATIONS

This is a great opportunity to help get the House ready for the holidays by donating holiday-
themed gifts or decorating our House in a festive way. We are looking for door, window, and
table decorations brighten up our House. This is a great opportunity for larger groups (especially groups with kids) to volunteer and deliver to the House. This opportunity will take place outside of the House, as we often do not have space for larger groups to come in and make decorations. You will need to provide your own materials.

• You can provide decorations for both Houses and focus on one. Our House near Blank
  Children’s Hospital has 18 rooms, 15 windows, and 10 tables. Our House inside MercyOne has 17 rooms, 15 windows, and 10 tables.
• Decorations can be purchased or made. All decorations should be happy, fun, and child friendly.
• We are looking for decorations for Winter/Christmas, Spring/Easter, Summer/Fourth of July, Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving, as well as other holidays like Valentine’s Day, Memorial, and Labor Day.

Please call our Volunteer Coordinator, Maggie at (515) 204-2005 or our House near Blank Children’s Hospital at (515) 243-2111 to set up a time to come by and drop off the decorations. Our House is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
