This year we are celebrating 25 years of Red Tie Gala, an annual fundraising event that raises money for the thousands of families that stay at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa. When your child is sick, nothing else matters. That's why our Houses strive to provide a home-away-from-home for families traveling to Des Moines for their child's medical care.
