ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

This role works closely with our Director of Operations to help oversee guest programs and services, support and supervise team members, and ensure our Houses remain a welcoming, comfortable home-away-from-home for the families we serve. The Assistant Director of Operations will also help uphold policies, procedures, and daily operations across both Houses.
